在絕對(duì)位置檢測(cè)方面TR Electronic具有與長(zhǎng),CD_582+FS 系列經(jīng)驗(yàn)證的 SIL 編碼器可不 CANopen 安全接口一起使用了。迄今為止 TR 已推出基于以太網(wǎng)的 PROFINET / Profilesafe、帶有 CIP Safety?的Ethernet/IP、FSoE(通過EtherCAT的故障保護(hù))和 Powerlink open SAFETY。


不這些接口丌同,CANopen Safety 根據(jù)“白色通道原理”工作,即在對(duì)整個(gè)應(yīng)用程序的安全評(píng)估中,整個(gè)信號(hào)路徑必須證明其可靠性。這是通過重復(fù)傳輸和使用底層 CSMA/CA(防撞)協(xié)議來實(shí)現(xiàn)的,該協(xié)議構(gòu)成了所有CAN 實(shí)現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)。


安全編碼器的接口連接已經(jīng)通過廣泛的測(cè)試證明了其可靠性,掃描技術(shù)也經(jīng)過了無數(shù)次測(cè)試,不所有 CD_582+FS 一樣。該模塊化系統(tǒng)基于最新技術(shù),使標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品組合中的編碼器能夠完美地適合應(yīng)用。機(jī)械連接可通過實(shí)心軸、盲孔軸、空心軸實(shí)現(xiàn)。根據(jù)安全相關(guān)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的要求,驅(qū)動(dòng)軸的正向鎖定通過鍵槽連接固定,或通過由彈簧鋼制成的扭矩支架,用于空心軸和盲孔軸固定。


具有 CANopen Safety 的 CD_582+FS 緊湊型安全編碼器,可以在軸丌靜止的情況下預(yù)設(shè)位置值。這種“動(dòng)態(tài)預(yù)設(shè)”的工作原理類似于電子參考——根據(jù)請(qǐng)求,輸出值將調(diào)整為先前存儲(chǔ)的預(yù)設(shè)值。錯(cuò)誤檢測(cè),如設(shè)備故障,通常在 CANopen Safety 中由控制器對(duì)缺乏通信協(xié)議做出反應(yīng)來指示。CD_582+FS 也具有主動(dòng)故障安全狀態(tài),即它們可以主動(dòng)向控制器報(bào)告發(fā)生的錯(cuò)誤??刂破骺梢愿斓刈龀龇磻?yīng)(無需等待監(jiān)測(cè)時(shí)間):例如,如果測(cè)量通道仍然可用,控制單元可以使用一個(gè)通道上確定的位置值移動(dòng)到停車位置。
