摘要

管道泄漏監(jiān)測技術(shù)在世界范圍內(nèi)都是正在成長的技術(shù)，隨著我國建設(shè)規(guī)模的迅速擴大和國內(nèi)需求特點，近十年以來我國管道泄漏監(jiān)測技術(shù)迅猛成長，但是由于沒有統(tǒng)一的技術(shù)標準指導，給使用、研發(fā)單位都帶來了很多困惑，造成的社會整體投資浪費很大，使行業(yè)技術(shù)水平低下，嚴重影響了管道泄漏監(jiān)測技術(shù)的健康發(fā)展。本文根據(jù)我國現(xiàn)狀和世界這一技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢，結(jié)合API相關(guān)標準，提出了編制我國管道泄漏監(jiān)測技術(shù)行業(yè)標準的重要性、迫切性和具體思路建議。

Abstract

Pipeline Leak Detection Technology is growing in the world of technology. In China, with the rapid expansion of construction and characteristics of domestic demand, the leak detection technology has seen a rapid development for a decade. However, the leak of uniform technical standards has imposed a lot of confusion on users and research institutions, caused huge waste on social investment, kept a low technological level of industry, and seriously affected healthy development of the pipeline leak monitoring technology. Based on the current situation in China and the world development trend of this technology, and related API publications, this essay demonstrates the importance, urgency of , as well as detailed suggestions on defining China pipeline monitoring and leak detection standards.

1.提出編制管道泄漏監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)行業(yè)標準的理由

1.1 概述

石油是不可再生的重要戰(zhàn)略資源，如果把石油比作關(guān)系國計民生的“工業(yè)血液”，那輸油管道就可被譽為保障“血液”安全通暢的大動脈。管道運輸憑借其安全、高效、節(jié)能、環(huán)保等特點，在國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中起著舉足輕重的作用。
